Websites

A website for your business, for one flat price.

We design and build websites for Australian small businesses: quick on a phone, easy to find on Google, and looked after once they’re live. One fixed price to build, a small monthly to run it, and payments, direct debit or bookings added when you need them.

New website build

$2,500+ GST

$2,750 including GST. Fixed, not an estimate.

$1,250 + GST when you say go, and $1,250 + GST once it’s live and you’re happy with it.

What’s included

  • Up to ten pages, designed around your business rather than a template.
  • Built for phones first, where most of your customers will see it.
  • An enquiry form that lands in your inbox.
  • Set up for Google: page titles, a sitemap and the local-business details search engines read.
  • Your web address and email kept working, with links to your old pages sent to the new ones.
  • A private link to check it on your phone, and corrections until you’re happy.
  • Yours to keep: the words, photos, design and web address all belong to your business.

Running costs

Then a small monthly to keep it running

Priced on what your site runs on, not on how many people visit it or how many customers you have.

Simple site

$30 + GST / month

Pages and an enquiry form, with no database to run.

Most trade and service businesses.

Site with a database

$60 + GST / month

Online bookings, stored enquiries, or a login so you can edit your own prices, hours and photos.

Booking-led businesses, like a driving school.

Full online system

from$110 + GST / month

Memberships, payments, customer accounts and staff tools, all in one system.

Gyms, studios and clubs, like GRIPswich Bouldering.

  • Hosting
  • Watched for outages
  • Security padlock renewed
  • Every version backed up
  • Security updates
  • Anything that breaks, fixed at no charge

Changes later

$70 + GST an hour, quoted before we start. A new photo or phone number is usually a fifteen-minute job.

Your web address

About $30 a year for a .com.au, registered in your business’s name, not ours.

No lock-in

The monthly isn’t a contract. Either of us can stop it with 30 days’ notice, and we hand everything over.

Add-ons

Add what your business needs

Each one is a fixed setup price. The provider’s own fees are paid by you, straight to them, from an account in your business’s name, so the money goes to you and the account stays yours.

Online payments

Stripe

Take card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments on your site for deposits, invoices, products or gift vouchers. Receipts go out on their own.

$350 + GST setup
Then: About 1.65% + 30c per Australian card, paid to Stripe.

Direct debit

Stripe

Memberships, subscriptions and payment plans drawn from your customer's bank account, with the direct debit authority signed online. Failed payments are flagged to you.

$500 + GST setup
Then: 1% + 30c per debit, capped at $3.50, paid to Stripe.

Card payments in person

Square

A Square reader or terminal at the counter or on site, so tap-and-go sales sit alongside the ones your website takes.

$350 + GST setup
Then: 1.6% per in-person card payment, paid to Square. The reader is bought from Square.

Email that arrives

Postmark

Booking confirmations, receipts and enquiry alerts sent from your own domain, set up so they land in the inbox and not in spam.

$200 + GST setup
Then: Free up to 100 emails a month, then about US$15 a month for 10,000.

Online bookings

Customers pick a time from your real availability and book online, with a confirmation and a reminder by email.

$750 + GST setup
Then: Runs on the $60 database plan, with email (above).

Google Business Profile

Google

Your free Google listing claimed or tidied up, with hours, services, photos and the area you cover, so you show up on Maps.

$150 + GST setup
Then: Free.

Provider fees are their published rates in November 2026 and can change. Card and debit fees come out of each payment on every platform, so nobody can bundle them away. Running AIREP? Your website can show prices and products straight from it; ask when you book your AIREP setup.

How it goes

From a phone call to live in about two weeks

  1. Talk to us

Call or email, and tell us what the business does and what the site needs to do.

  2. Say go

We send the first invoice, for half. You send your words, photos and logins.

  3. Check it

We send a private link to try on your phone, then make your changes.

  4. Live

Usually about two weeks after we have your content. Then the second invoice, and the monthly starts.

Questions

For the website, yes: up to ten pages, designed and built, plus your corrections. Each add-on’s price is on this page. Anything bigger, such as a members’ area or a custom system, we quote in writing before we start, never after.

On the database plans you get a login to edit day-to-day content such as prices, hours and photos. On a simple site, send us the change: most take about fifteen minutes at $70 + GST an hour, and we tell you the cost before we start.

Yes. We keep your web address and point your old page addresses at the new ones, so Google and old links still find you. If your email runs through the same company as your current site, we sort that out first, so your email keeps working when the old site is switched off.

You do. The words, photos, design files and web address belong to your business, and payment and email accounts are opened in your business’s name. If you ever stop the monthly, we hand everything over.

No. A website is a separate job and doesn’t need AIREP. If you do run AIREP, your site can show prices and products straight from it, so the two never disagree.
