A loyal customer sends their usual purchase request — sometimes neatly formatted, sometimes a paragraph of plain text. Either works.
Nova reads it and drafts the sales order.

You approve it. One click.
Every Nova action starts as a draft you review. Approve to send the quote; tweak first if you want; or set this customer to auto-approve once you trust the pattern. You’re always in control.
Goods ship, invoice generates, email sends.
When the order is fulfilled, Nova drafts the tax invoice with the right line items, GST treatment, and payment terms, then sends it from your business inbox. The journal posting to your GL happens at the same time — no double entry, no “sync to accounting” step.
Payment lands, Nova reconciles it.
When the customer pays, your bank feed lights up. Nova matches the payment to the invoice — confidence-scored, auto-match above 85%, suggest below — and the closed receivable shows up next time you (or your accountant) log in.

Turn on auto-approval for customers and suppliers you trust. Nova still flags anything unusual — new payment terms, unfamiliar line items.
Routine work runs itself.
Reorders, invoices, payment chases, bank rec — the boring 80% runs on rails. Your day becomes the 20% that actually needs a human.
Once you stop watching
The advanced gear: NO-UI mode.
Everything above happens on screen, because in month one you want to see it. By month six, watching a form fill itself is the slow part. NO-UI mode drops the screen and keeps the approval.
UI mode — Nova fills the form on screen.
The default, and the one to start on. You watch which customer it matched and which items it picked, so you learn where Nova is reliable before you hand it anything unsupervised.
NO-UI mode — say it, check it, done.
Nova drafts the record server-side and hands you a card to confirm in chat. No page load, no form, no tabbing between fields — but the draft still waits for you, exactly as it does in UI mode.
Switching is per person, and reversible mid-sentence.
- Set your own default under Nova execution mode in preferences. It’s a per-user setting — your warehouse lead can live in NO-UI while your bookkeeper never leaves the forms.
- Override one message by adding “no ui” or “headless” to it. Nothing to save, nothing to change back.
- Switch mid-conversation — “switch me to no-UI mode”, or “go back to driving the UI”.
- Every control below still applies. NO-UI removes the screen, not the draft, the confidence score, the audit trail or the undo.

How you stay in control
No surprises. Ever.
Every action is a draft by default.
Nova never sends, posts, or pays without your sign-off until you explicitly turn on auto-approval — and you can scope it per customer, per supplier, per dollar threshold.
Confidence scores, not black boxes.
Bank matches, customer matches, item matches — every Nova decision has a confidence score. Above 0.85 it can auto; below, it suggests. You see the score and the reasoning every time.
Full audit trail.
Every Nova action is logged: what it did, when, on whose behalf, what it looked at to decide. Your accountant can audit Nova the same way they audit a junior bookkeeper.
Daily AI cost caps.
Set a daily ceiling on AI spend at the company, branch, or user level. Nova stops asking the AI for help when it hits the cap — you never get a surprise bill.
One-click undo.
If Nova drafted something you didn’t want, dismiss it. If Nova posted something you change your mind on, reverse it. Nothing Nova does is irreversible without the same approvals a human would need.
Your data stays your data.
