All-in-one ERP + AI

Everything your business needs. Included.

One subscription. Every module. No upselling, no feature gates, no “upgrade to Pro” surprises.

See it in action

A copy-pasted email becomes a sales order — live.

Watch Nova read a customer’s request, match the customer in your CRM, find the items in your inventory, and draft a quote ready for review. No template, no field-by-field entry, no integration script.

The same database that runs your sales orders runs the AI. That’s the whole point — the agent has full context, not a Zapier bolt-on.

What Nova does

The AI is the product, not a chatbot on the side.

Specific actions Nova takes on your behalf — not generic “AI-powered” claims. Every one of these is live in the platform today.

Email → Sales Order

Customer emails a PO — Nova reads it, creates a draft sales order with the right items and pricing, and notifies you to review.

Auto Reorder

Stock drops below minimum — Nova generates a purchase order to the right supplier, grouped and priced, ready for approval.

Bank Reconciliation

Bank statements come in — Nova matches transactions to invoices and flags anything it's unsure about.

Freight Quoting

One button on a sales order gets freight quotes from multiple carriers instantly, using item dimensions already in the system.

Workshop Scheduling

A production order is created — the bill of materials is pulled, shortages flagged, and the workshop schedule updates automatically.

Invoice Drafting

Sales order fulfilled — Nova drafts the invoice with the correct line items, taxes, and payment terms, ready for your approval.

UI and NO-UI

Two ways to drive it. Pick per person, or per message.

Watching Nova fill a form is the right way to learn what it does. Once you already know, it’s just slower than typing. So Nova runs either way — and the same approval gate sits in front of both.

Default

UI mode — Nova drives the screen.

Nova opens the right page and fills the form in front of you, field by field. You see exactly which customer it matched, which items it picked, and what it priced them at. Best while you’re still building trust — and the version to put in front of a sceptical colleague.

For daily drivers

NO-UI mode — skip the form entirely.

Nova drafts the record server-side and hands you a card in chat to confirm. No page load, no form, no tabbing between fields. One sentence does what a screen and eight fields used to — which is why the people who use the system all day end up living here.

No model round trip.

The phrasings you use every day are recognised directly, so the draft is built in milliseconds instead of waiting on a language model — and it behaves the same way every time.

Same approval gate.

NO-UI skips the form, not the sign-off. Every action still arrives as a draft card you confirm, and lands in the same audit trail as anything else.

Call a skill directly.

When you know exactly what you want, name it rather than describing it:/skill payment_apply invoice=INV-2041Seventeen skills are callable this way, with the same confirm step.

Yours, not the company’s.

Each person picks their own default in preferences. Add “no ui” or “headless” to one message to switch just that one — the office manager can stay on forms while the warehouse types.

Both modes are live now — flip between them on the interactive demo without signing up.

Every module included

One subscription. No upselling.

Procurement

Stop running out. Nova watches reorder points, supplier lead times, and purchase history, then drops a draft PO in your queue before the shelf empties.

Sales & Quoting

Quote to invoice in one workflow. Customer emails become draft sales orders; invoices send themselves the moment the job's done.

Inventory

Know what you have, where it is, and what's about to run out. Multi-location, kits, bills of materials, full stock-take history — one source of truth.

Manufacturing

Plan the workshop without spreadsheets. Production orders with stage tracking, QC checks, material usage, and batch management linked to the sales order that triggered them.

Accounting

Books that match the work. Double-entry GL, AI-assisted bank reconciliation, journals, period locks, and BAS-ready GST tracking — no separate accounting subscription.

CRM

Every customer interaction in one place. Contacts, deal pipeline, payment history, credit limits — and Nova surfacing your best customers and your slow payers.

Shipping & Freight

Dispatch without the phone calls. Carrier accounts, instant freight quotes from any sales order, consignment tracking, and warehouse dispatch lists.

Workforce

Time on the job, time on the books. Mobile-friendly timesheets, work logs against production orders, leave, and daily task assignment for office and workshop.

Reporting

Answers, not spreadsheets. Revenue, margins, stock turns, production throughput, workforce hours — every dashboard drawn from the same database the work actually happened in.

What we’re still building — honestly.

Every ERP page on the internet implies perfection. We’d rather you know the gaps before you sign. None of these are reasons to wait if your accountant handles them today — but you should hear it from us first.

  • Payroll & STP Phase 2: employee records work today; full pay runs and ATO STP lodgement land mid-2026 once we’re through the ATO DSP whitelist. Most customers keep payroll with their accountant until then.
  • Multi-currency: AUD-only today. Multi-currency support is on the H2 2026 roadmap. If you invoice in USD/GBP/EUR, we’ll be honest about timing before you sign.
  • Peppol e-invoicing: lands via Storecove integration in 2026 — e-invoice in/out is on the roadmap for businesses selling into councils and government.
  • Mobile native app: the web app is mobile-responsive (tradies use it on phones every day), but a true native iOS/Android app isn’t shipped yet.
