Renewal price increases are contractually capped at **CPI + 3% per year**. There is no separate "AI seat", no per-token fee, and no charge for data extraction at any point.

## How Nova AI works

Nova is the AI assistant built into Intelli AI. It is not a separate product or add-on.

1. **Nova learns the business.** Every transaction (PO, SO, invoice, email, timesheet) becomes context. Nova builds a picture of typical suppliers, customers, products, lead times, freight routes and workflows.
2. **Nova suggests, the operator decides.** Drafted supplier emails, suggested reorder quantities, flagged invoice anomalies, classified inbound bills, daily activity summaries — all surface for human review before they execute. Automation begins conservative.
3. **Nova takes on more over time.** Operators can extend Nova's leash for routine, low-stakes work as they build confidence. The same human-in-the-loop primitives govern increasingly autonomous workflows.

Nova uses third-party LLM providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) under their enterprise terms. Customer data submitted to these providers via the API integration is not used to train their public models.

Until it ships, invoices are issued as PDF + email through the standard workflow. - **Single-touch payroll (STP Phase 2) direct lodgement.** ATO DSP (Digital Service Provider) whitelisting is the gating step; typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from gateway selection. Target: in place ahead of the next ATO reporting milestone. Until then, payroll exports integrate with an existing STP-whitelisted lodger so customers remain compliant.
- **Peppol e-invoicing (network access via a certified access point).** Implementation uses Storecove as the access provider rather than a direct AS4 build, so the integration timeline is measured in weeks rather than the multi-month direct-accreditation path. Target: in place ahead of Australia's mandatory e-invoicing rollout for affected business segments.
